Empowering Youth Through Mental Health Education and Community Support
The BRIDGE Mental Health Youth Conference is a powerful, community-centered initiative dedicated to educating and empowering youth and the individuals who support them. This event is open to students in grades 7–12, educators, parents, first responders, and community leaders.
Attendees will engage with expert-led presentations addressing vital topics such as:
- Suicide prevention
- Trauma awareness
- Mental wellness
The conference will also feature:
- Interactive breakout sessions
- Hands-on wellness activities
- A resource fair with mental health and family-focused vendors
With an expected attendance of over 500 participants, the conference is designed to inspire resilience, encourage open dialogue, and connect individuals with critical mental health resources.
